Discard Your Mail

You can request to discard your mail in your Virtual Mailbox. We will securely shred letters and safely destroy packages.

Here is how you go about the above:

1. Log In to your account, click INBOX. 

2. Select items that you want to discard

3. Scroll to the bottom and click "THROW AWAY":

The item is moved to Trash at the end of the page and stays there for 1 week.

If you change your mind, you can remove the item from Trash. 

4. The item will be securely shredded after 1 week by industrial shredding machines in our secured facility.
