Picking Up Mail and Packages

PICKING UP MAIL 

We offer this service but please note we are not set up to handle walk-in pick-up requests efficiently and it causes a disruption in our normal business. Our pick-up hours in Houston TX are 8am to 5pm. 

There is a handling fee for pick-ups and an expedited fee of an additional $5 between 1pm-3pm:

• For letters: $5 flat fee.
• For packages: $15 service fee plus $1/pound

If you place the request after 3pm, you can pick up the following day or on a future date.

HOW TO REQUEST A PICK-UP

1. Log into your account: https://inbox.usglobalmail.com

2. Change the filter to ensure ALL mail is selected. Within your Mailbox, under the Inbox tab, change the filter to a number larger than the total number of items you want to pick up:

3. Click the "Select all" checkbox:

4. Ensure all items are checked:

5. Click the blue "Ship" button at the top:

6 . Choose any US-based address from within your Address book:

• if you choose an international one and you have packages the system will make you declare them.
• if you don't have a US address, add your US Global Mail address:

7. Click the blue "Next" button.

8. Scroll down to the bottom of the options and select the pickup option:

9. Review the charges and click "Next" to proceed.

10. Click the blue "Submit" button.

11. Your pickup request is complete! Please allow us time to prepare your pickup request upon arrival.

Important note about pickups: If you do not collect your items after 5 days of submitting the request, the pickup will be canceled, your items returned to your Inbox and a $5 fee no-show fee will be applied to your account.

VERIFY YOUR IDS WHEN PICKING UP

• Bring a photo ID with you when picking up the items
• If a friend or a family member pick up the items for you, let us know in the Shipping Instructions or send us an email ahead of time. Your friend or family member needs to present their photo ID to pick up. 

PICK-UP ADDRESS

You can pick up your items at the actual address where your mailbox is located.

Please note the opening hours for that location.

Unfortunately, the Concord California and Las Vegas NV locations do not allow for pickups.
