Bundling your packages before shipping

We can repack items from multiple shipments into as few boxes as possible to help save you on shipping costs.

Consolidation Fees

We do not charge for any repack except for the cost of outgoing box or envelope: Flat $5 for boxes and $2 for letters. So, for example, we could repack 5 items from 5 separate boxes and letters into 1 box, and your cost would be $5 for the repack. Or we could repack 10 letters into one outgoing envelope and your cost would be $2. And if we add multiple items and multiple letters into one box, the fee still remains $5 (and does not become $7)

You can request bundling when putting a shipment request in your Inbox. 

How To Request Consolidation

1. Log In to your account, go to Inbox.

Select multiple items that you'd like to bundle. Select "PLACE SHIPMENT REQUEST"

2. Complete shipment request

Complete your shipment request, and check the option "Open Items and Consolidate" under Shipping Details.
This works for both letters and packages. We don't open letters/envelopes but repack them into one envelope; we open the packages and repack the contents of the boxes into one or as few boxes as possible.

Click "SUBMIT AND SAVE REQUEST".
