You can cancel your shipment if your shipment is still pending.
Note: US Global Mail shipment schedule
We process requests during our business hours: 8 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri CST (for the Houston TX location). Shipment schedule for requests placed:
- By 1 pm: Ship same day
- Between 1-3 pm: Can ship same day with an expedited fee of $5
- After 3 pm: Ship the next day
All times listed are US Central Time.
CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT STATUS
You can check your shipment status by going to the "Pending" section in the Shipments tab.
These shipments are not completed yet. If your shipments are not there, they are already shipped and listed under the "Completed" section.
HOW TO CANCEL A SHIPMENT
1. Log In To Your Account, click SHIPMENTS, go to the Pending section
2. Check on the shipment you want to cancel. Click the blue CANCEL REQUEST button at the top.
Once shipment cancellation is completed, the contents of your shipment will appear back in your virtual mailbox within 24 hours.
