When you decided to close your US Global Mail account, a wind-down option enables you to check your mail after closing. Wind-down option is a 02-month service, giving you time to transition smoothly to the new address.

How to opt in the wind-down option?

If you are closing your account after the service term ends, closing can be completed online. You can select the wind-down option from your account.
