After you have successfully signed up with us and had all names on the account approved, you can receive both letters and packages at your US Global Mail address.
To get your mail at your US Global Mail address, please check if you need to do the following:
1. Notify senders of your new address
Make sure to inform the senders of your new address or simply fill the Change of Address USPS form to redirect mail to your new US Global Mail address.
2. Authorize US Global Mail to receive mail delivered by USPS
USPS requires all Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies (CMRA), like US Global Mail, to collect a notarized document from every customer that intends to have their mail opened, scanned, or shipped after we’ve received it at our addresses.
The USPS 1583 form can be found within your account with us. Learn more about the form here.
We'll notify you by placing your mail in a Quarantine section of your account should a USPS letter or package be addressed to you but there is no 1583 form for that name.
In those cases, simply let us know and we'll guide you on what is missing. We will still keep the item for you but we cannot release it to your inbox until we have the notarized 1583 form.
