Starting a new company or in the process of incorporating? Many businesses use their US Global Mail address across a variety of important vendors and government entities. Here’s how you can too:

Incorporation

  • Incorporation Services: When forming your company through a service, you can list your US Global Mail address as your headquarters (HQ) address.

  • Certificate of Incorporation: If you’re incorporating directly (for example, filing a Delaware C-Corp), you can use your US Global Mail address on your Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Registered Agent: Inform your registered agent company of your HQ address to ensure important documents are forwarded correctly.

State Taxes

  • Foreign Registration: If you plan to register your Delaware C-Corp (or another entity) in one of these states: California, Texas, or New York, you can use your US Global Mail address during the process to keep your residential address private and shielded public record exposure.

Federal Taxes

  • Get your EIN: Use your US Global Mail address when applying for your Employer Identification Number (EIN).

  • EFTPS Registration: When registering for the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS), the IRS will mail you a confirmation. Your US Global Mail address can be used to receive it securely.

Payroll and Department of Labor

  • Payroll Registration: Use your US Global Mail address when setting up payroll with your state's Department of Labor or with other providers like Gusto, Rippling, or Deel.

Other Vendors

  • Bank Accounts: Open business bank accounts using your US Global Mail address.

  • Business Insurance: Use it as the mailing address for your insurance policies and providers.

As you expand and register with vendors, banks, tax agencies, and payroll providers, you can keep your US Global Mail address on file — managing all your important mail digitally, while protecting your privacy.
