General Guidelines:
For Business Names :
Business names don’t require their own IDs but the company officer must be on the account with two IDs as listed below.
You don’t need to be a US resident or citizen to complete your account.
For Individual Names :
For Personal Names: 2 IDs are required- 1 photo ID and 1 address ID.
At least one ID must be a government-issued photo ID
Primary or Photo ID's that are acceptable:
U.S. Government ID: U.S. Government ID may be federal, state, or tribal issued. You may provide the following:
An identification card issued by a federally or state-recognized tribal nation (tribal identification card).
U.S. certificate of citizenship or naturalization.
U.S. permanent resident or other identification card issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Uniformed Service ID card.
U.S. Armed Forces card.
Non-driver’s identification card.
US State-issued driver’s license.
Passport, Passport Card
Matricula Consular (Mexico)
NEXUS (Canada)
U.S. University Identification
Valid driver’s license or state identification card (not a driver's license)
Secondary ID's that are acceptable:
US driver's license
A lease, mortgage, or deed of trust
Voter or vehicle registration card
Home or vehicle insurance policy
ID's that are NOT acceptable:
For your own security, kindly refrain from uploading these.
Social security cards
Credit cards
Birth certificates
Foreign Driver Licenses
Businesses and Minors
These do not need any IDs but a 1583 form is required for business name.
Minors will be listed on the parent's 1583 form.
