You can return your packages or letters to the senders.
REQUEST TO RETURN TO SENDERS
To return your items to senders, you can submit that directly from within your account.
1. Log in to your mailbox.
2. Select the checkbox of the item you wish to return:

4. The return request will appear in the Pending tab of your Shipments:
COSTS
The fees include labeling and shipping.
Labeling fees
- USPS: Free
- UPS, FedEx, Amazon: $5 to generate a label
Shipping fees
- If pre-paid label available, $5 charge applies
- If pre-paid label unavailable, shipping fees apply so you can ship it back to the sender. The items will be shipped using the newly generated label.
TRACKING ITEMS
We give your RTS items back to the shipper who delivered them within 48 hours of your RTS request.
Please note the shippers do NOT TRACK packages that are RTS, unless they are shipped with a return label. We have no way of knowing when that package will be returned by the shipper.
In most cases, it might be 2 weeks but if RTS is done via USPS- it could take up to 4 weeks. And USPS will not confirm any whereabouts of the package.
The safest way to RTS is to ask that item to be shipped back using a new label- which you could send to us, or we can generate one via a shipment request.
