We can check for breakage, verify item count against your receipt, and document condition. We cannot inspect for authenticity.
Flat fee: $5 per package.
Note: Package inspections are separate from your plan's envelope open and scan allowance. Opening a package does not count against your monthly limit.
To request an inspection:
Log in to your mailbox.
Select the package or softpak and click Open Box from the top menu.
Add any special instructions, choose Expedite if needed, and click Submit Request.
You'll receive a confirmation immediately and an email notification once the inspection is complete. View your images in the Completed Scans section.
