Can I pick up my mail or packages in person?

How to pick-up mail in person at USGM locations.

In most US Global Mail locations, you can walk in and pick up your mail and packages in person. Prior to picking up, we require you to schedule a pickup request from within your mailbox in advance.


Each location's pick-up hours vary, so please contact the location before come-in.

Pickups are not offered at our CA, NY, DE and NV locations.


💳 Pickup Fees

  • Letters: $5 flat fee

  • Packages: $15 base fee + $1 per pound

  • Expedited (1 PM – 3 PM): Add $5

Requests placed after 3 PM will be ready for pickup the next business day or a later date you choose.


🔧 How to Request a Pickup

  1. Log in to your mailbox and be sure filter is set to show all mail. Select all the mail you wish to pick up.

  2. Click the blue “Ship” button

  3. Select any U.S.-based address (use your own USGM mailbox address if needed)

  4. Click “Next” and scroll down to choose the “Pickup” shipping option

  5. Review the fees and click “Next”

  6. Submit the request

  7. Your pickup request is complete! We’ll prepare your items in time for your arrival


📌 Important Pickup Notes

  • If you don’t pick up your items within 5 days, we will:

    • Cancel the request

    • Return items to your inbox

    • Charge a $5 no-show fee

  • ID is required at pickup.
    If someone else is picking up for you, notify us in the shipping instructions or by email. They must present a valid photo ID at pickup.
