The plan you're referring to is no longer available for new customers. It’s part of our legacy (grandfathered) plans.
We now offer updated plans like Scale, Teams, and Enterprise (Custom), which include newer features and improvements. I’d be happy to help you choose the best option.
2. If user says:
“I can’t see my plan on your website”
Step 1: Identify user type
If EXISTING customer:
Your plan is likely a legacy (grandfathered) plan. These plans are no longer listed publicly, but you can continue using it as long as your account remains active.
If NEW customer:
That plan has been retired and is no longer available to sign up for. You can choose from our current plans: Scale, Teams, or Enterprise (Custom).
3. If user asks for cheapest plan
Do NOT mention legacy pricing.
Response:
Our current plans start with the Scale plan. I can help you pick the most cost-effective option based on your needs.
4. If user insists on legacy plan
Response:
I understand why that plan looks appealing. However, it’s no longer available for new signups. The current plans are designed to offer better performance and features. Let me help you find the closest match and then show benefits of new plans.
