If you're currently on one of our older legacy plans (such as Essentials, Virtual Teams, Enterprise (Old Plan),Plus, Business, etc.), you’re welcome to remain on that plan as long as it continues to meet your needs. Legacy plans remain available to existing customers, and there is no requirement to switch to a new plan. This ensures that you can maintain the simplicity and functionality you are accustomed to. Additionally, the new plans include optional AI features aimed at enhancing mailbox management, but these features are entirely optional and not mandatory for legacy plan users.
