Do you offer user permissions and control access for team accounts?

Yes, U.S. Global Mail gives you full control over who sees what, and who does what.

You can invite team members to your mailbox, assign them specific roles, and limit access based on your workflow. Each account comes with 1 user and you can add unlimited users to the account. Additional user accounts are $15/month per user and each team member gets their own secure login. Administrators should note that charges for added users persist as long as the user remains active on the account. Additionally, users must be removed through Settings > Add-ons > Team Members to prevent ongoing charges. Lastly, remove users before the start of a new billing cycle to prevent charges for the next period. For more detailed guidance on resolving unexpected billing charges or managing active users, always consult the help documentation or contact US Global Mail support.

Role Options:

  • User – Access only to specific folders you assign.

  • Manager – Access to the entire mailbox except billing.
