How Will I Know When I Get New Mail?

US Global Mail notifications for new mail

Updated over a week ago

Simple. We tell you. Fast.

Every time a new piece of mail hits your US Global Mail address, we’ll send you an email notification right away. No guesswork. No waiting by the door. Note: we send one email per day, sent when the first piece of mail arrives to not clutter your email. However, if no new mail is processed on a given day, no notification will be sent. Additionally, ensure that your registered email address is up-to-date to receive notifications.

Click on the link on the notification in the email:

Troubleshooting Missing Notifications

  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Search these folders for recent notifications from US Global Mail and mark them as "Not Spam" if found. This action helps prevent future misclassification.

  • Review Email Filters: Ensure that filters within your email application aren’t diverting messages away from your inbox.

  • Whitelist US Global Mail Emails: Add the US Global Mail notification email address to your email provider’s safe sender or whitelist.

  • Verify Your Registered Email Address: Log into your US Global Mail account to confirm that the email address used for notifications is accurate and up-to-date. By following these steps, you can mitigate the impact of email filtering and ensure you receive timely updates on your mail.

You'll be prompted to log in to your account. Log in to your account with your email address and password. You can see the mail in your Inbox.
