Our company operated warehouses are equipped with high-definition surveillance, electronic doors and restricted access. Only authorized, background-checked team members handle your mail—no third-party contractors. We also offer Hipaa certified mail handlers for medical customers.
📦 Controlled Mail Handling
We log, track, and verify every single item—from arrival to scan to shipment via a barcoding system. Whether you’re receiving a check or a passport, it’s handled with care and documented at every stage.
🧑💻 Encrypted Digital Access & Permissions
Your Virtual Mailbox is protected by bank-grade encryption, and we never store your credit card info—Stripe handles all payment processing, so your financial data stays off our servers. Additionally we offer 2FA and permissions and controls in your mailbox so you can add team members and control access as needed.
📦 Smart Archiving for Long-Term Privacy
Your privacy is built in at every step. For the first 180 days, your scanned documents (PDFs) stay readily accessible in your account so you can view, download, or delete them anytime.
After 180 days, we don't just leave your documents sitting in active storage. Instead, we securely move them to Archive, where they're clearly marked as archived but remain available whenever you need them. You can restore any archived scan back to your account at any time — there's no expiration, and nothing is lost just because you didn't get to it right away.
If you'd rather a document be gone for good, you're always in control:
Delete anytime — remove active scans from your account whenever you want.
Permanently delete from Archive — when you're sure you no longer need a document, you can erase it from the Archive entirely.
⚠️ Please note: Permanent deletion is final. Once a scan is permanently deleted from the Archive, it cannot be recovered by you or our support team
🛡️ Insured Shipments
We offer free insurance up to $100 on every shipment and full tracking on packages when you choose a trackable shipping method, so nothing goes missing in action.
SOC2 & HIPAA Standards: All of your online data is managed by us and protected by SOC 2 and HIPAA security standards. However, outside of our owned locations in CA, NY, LV and TX, your physical mail is stored at the location you select. Our system operates on a distributed model- similar to Uber. While your data is securely managed by us, the physical handling of mail is done at the designated location or a Channel Partner. Our channel partners are independent locations operated by a vetted partner. They have signed a contract to follow our security protocols which include background checks and 24/7 monitoring. Physical mail items remain in your mailbox indefinitely unless you choose to delete them. However, your plan includes 60 days of free storage for physical mail. After the free storage period, additional fees may apply.
