Log in to your virtual mailbox.
Go to your onboarding checklist — you’ll see a step labeled “Notary Appointment.”
Once your appointment is scheduled, the link next to it will change to show options “Reschedule” and "Cancel".
Click Reschedule to choose a new date and time or Cancel to cancel the appointment.
💡 If you haven’t scheduled an appointment yet, the link will simply say “Schedule.”
