How do I ask cancel, edit, download or ask for a rescan?

If you have chosen not to automate the opening and scanning of your mail, you can request a scan for every piece individually from your mailbox.

REQUEST A SCAN

1. In your Mailbox, click to select the letter you want to scan:

2. Click on "SCAN" and then click "Confirm Scan"


Tip: Need a scan urgently? If you see the "Expedite Scan" option, check the box to request a priority scan.

  • During business hours, we’ll scan your mail within 30 minutes.

  • If the request is placed outside business hours, we’ll complete it first thing the next business day.

Note: Expedited scan service is not available at all locations.

TRACKING YOUR SCANNING REQUESTS

In your Inbox, under "Scanning Queue", you can track the ones you're requested but not processed.

  • Regular scans are completed within 24 hours of submitting a request.

  • Expedited scans are completed within 30 minutes of submitting a request during business hours. Each location's business hours vary, and you can check the hours from within your mailbox by clicking on the ? sign.

CANCEL SCANNING REQUEST

If a scanning request is in the "Pending" section of your Scans tab, you can cancel it by hovering over the item with your mouse and clicking the red "Cancel Scan" button. You then get a message asking you to confirm the deletion of the scan request. Once it is canceled, the item will no longer be in your Scans tab.

VIEW & DOWNLOAD YOUR SCANS

You'll be notified via email when the scan is ready.

View a Completed Scan:

Log into your Virtual Mailbox, go to the Scans tab, click "Completed", and you can see all the scans available. Click on "More" to "View" to view the item's PDF scan in your account. Scans are available to viewable in your account for 180 days. After this period, they will automatically be deleted.

Download A Completed Scan

Click on "Download" on each letter scanned. Scans are available for downloads within 180 days in your account. You can save the scans on your local device if needed after downloading it.

DELETE YOUR SCANS (Before the scans are automatically deleted)

You can choose to delete your scans prior to our system automatically removing it after the digital mail storage period ends. Click "Delete" on the scan you want to remove.
