Is there a limit to the number of mail pieces I can receive?

At US Global Mail, we do not limit the number of mail pieces you can receive at your mailbox address.

All incoming mail is processed through our system, and we scan the exterior of every mail item so you can view it in your dashboard, regardless of how many pieces you receive.

However, our service is designed for normal personal or business mail usage. Accounts that receive unusually high volumes of mail that fall outside typical mailbox usage may be reviewed to ensure the service is being used as intended.

If your account expects a significantly higher volume of mail, our team may recommend solutions that better fit your needs.
