Our plans are designed around the typical size and volume of everyday personal or business mail.
Each plan includes a set number of interior scans, which means opening the mail and scanning the contents. We expect mail items to be of a reasonable size, consistent with normal correspondence such as bills, statements, or standard documents.
If mail items are unusually large (for example, documents with very high page counts), or if scanning usage consistently exceeds what is typical for a mailbox plan, it may fall outside our fair use policy. In those cases, additional scanning fees may apply, or we may recommend a different plan or solution that better fits your needs.
All incoming mail is still received, and the exterior of every mail item is scanned and uploaded to your dashboard, so you can see each piece of mail regardless of the number of items delivered to your mailbox.
