How to request it
Open support chat or reply to any US Global Mail email and tell us:
Your PMB number.
Which recipient's form you need.
Whether you need the current form or the previously notarized version.
We send it as a PDF to the email address on your account. We can only send it to the account email on file.
If your form is mid-update
If you have an open signature request, the current form is not final until you sign it. You will receive the last completed version, and the new one once it is signed and approved.
Can I download it myself?
Signed forms are not currently available as a self-service download from your account. Request one through support and we will send it.
