Discard Your Mail

You can request to discard your mail in your Virtual Mailbox. We will securely shred letters and safely destroy packages.

Here is how you go about the above:

1. Log In to your account, click MAILBOX.

2. Select items that you want to discard

3. Click on MORE to reveal a drop-down menu and select "DISCARD":

You will be asked to confirm whether you want to delete the item or not. Click YES.

The item is moved to the DISCARDED tab and stays there for 1 week.

If you change your mind, you can remove the item from DISCARDED and it will go back into your inbox.
