As a security feature, we only open and scan the letters when you make an explicit request for scanning an item.
Please note our operation hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, US Central Time. Requests made after 5pm CT on any weekday will be completed on the next business day. Requests placed on the weekend or holidays will be complete the next business day.
EXPEDITED Scans placed during business hours are completed within 2 hours of request.

REQUEST A SCAN
1. In your Inbox, click to select the letter you want to scan:
2. Scroll down, and click on "HAVE ITEMS SCANNED"
3. Fill the Scanning Instructions, then click "Confirm Scan"
Add any additional notes on scanning in the box or select Expedite Scan if you need the scan urgently.
You will get the success confirmation "Scan request(s) received" in the top.
TRACKING YOUR SCANNING REQUESTS
In your Inbox, under "Scanning Queue", you can track the ones you're requested but not processed.
- Regular scans are completed within 24 hours of submitting a request.
- Expedite scans are completed within 30 minutes - 2 hours of submitting a request during business hours, M-F, 7.30am - 5.30pm
CANCEL SCANNING REQUEST
If a scanning request is in "Scanning Queue", you can cancel it by selecting the letter and click "CANCEL SCAN REQUEST". You then get a message "Scan request canceled" on the top of the page.
VIEW & DOWNLOAD YOUR SCANS
You'll be notified via email when the scan is ready.
1. View Scan:
Log into your Virtual Mailbox, click "VIEW SCANS", and you can see all the scans available.
2. Download A Scan
Click on "Download PDF" on each letter scanned. Scans are available for downloads within 120 days in your account. You can also download the scans from INBOX. You can save the scans on your local device if needed after download.
POST-SCAN REQUESTS.
After viewing the scans, you might want to decide if you want to Ship or Shred the letter.
