For additional users, there is no requirement for Form 1583 so they don't need any ID's.
For additional recipients, i.e. people/company names for whom we receive mail, the requirements are as follows:
Individual Names: USPS requires 2 forms of ID to complete the Form 1583. One must be a photo ID and the second an Address ID. Minors will be listed on the parent's 1583 form and do not require an ID.
At least one ID must be a government-issued photo ID
ID's lacking both a photo and address are not acceptable.
Businesses Names
These do not need any IDs but a 1583 form is required. We pre-fill this form for you during onboarding.
