How do you ensure my credit card information is secure?

We are PCI compliant which means we do not store your credit card information on our computers or our systems. It is stored by a third party - Stripe - which is owned by Visa and is the largest credit card processor in the world. We cannot access your credit card data and info.

All your mail is entered into your Virtual Mailbox via industrial machines. This means operators are not opening your mail unless you request a scan. Our staff have all passed background checks and are professionally trained to handle your mail with care. If you request to have your credit card scanned we will store the scan on the cloud and it is encrypted during transmission. You can also request to have the scan removed as soon as you have retrieved the information you need.
