Getting started is quick and only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
You can begin the signup process from either our Addresses page or the Plans page.
First, create your account by entering:
Your full name
Email address
We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to your email to verify your account. Once verified, you'll be asked to add your phone number to continue.
Step 2: Tell Us About Yourself (Optional)
You'll see a question about what best describes your role or how you plan to use your mailbox. This step is optional and can be skipped if you'd like.
Step 3: Choose Your Address
Next, select the mailbox address that's right for you.
We recommend choosing one of our company-managed addresses, identified with the "Best Choice" badge in orange.
These locations are fully managed by US Global Mail and offer:

If you'd prefer a location closer to you, simply search by your city or state and choose from our network of addresses across 30+ states.
Step 4: Pick Your Plan
Choose the membership plan that best fits your needs.
Every plan includes:
Unlimited mail receipt
Free check deposits
Included interior mail scans (based on your plan's monthly allowance)
Award-winning customer support
You can also use the Monthly/Annual toggle to select your preferred billing cycle before continuing.
Step 5: Complete Your Payment
Enter your billing information and complete checkout securely.
Once your payment is successful, your mailbox will be created and you'll be ready to begin the activation process.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:
✅ Redirect Your Mail
File a USPS Change of Address to start forwarding mail to your new USGM address.
✅ Add Authorized Recipients
Click “Add Name” to list recipients - individual, business, trust etc. Businesses don’t require ID. Individuals do.
✅ Upload 2 Forms of ID
For each name (except businesses), upload two valid IDs.

Final Step: Complete Form 1583
To legally handle your mail, USPS requires a notarized Form 1583—no exceptions.
