How to add a business recipient to your account

Updated yesterday

ADDING THE BUSINESS RECIPIENT To add a business name to your US Global Mail account, you must be subscribed to the Essential Plan or a higher-tier plan. Business names are not supported on legacy Plus plans, which only allow individual recipient names.

1. Log In To Your Account, go to "SETTINGS" and under Recipients & Addresses

2. Click " Recipients":

3. Click Add Recipient

3. Enter your business details:

4. Click the "Add" button. For business entities such as LLCs, no IDs or notarization are required. However, USPS requires Form 1583 for each recipient, including companies. Ensure this form is completed and submitted as part of the process.

If you have more than one business then simply repeat steps 1 to 3 above.

If you have multiple business names and the same template of business details, use the "Save as Template" and "Load from Template" options above.
