Account Suspension
If your invoices are not paid by the due dates, your account will be suspended temporarily. You will be notified of unpaid invoices and of your account suspension status via the email address on your account.
You will be unable to continue using our service until the outstanding invoices have been paid.
Reactivate suspended account
To reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:
Log into your account on the US Global Mail platform. If any pop-ups appear, close them to proceed.
Access your account's payment section.
Locate all outstanding invoices and select the 'Pay Now' or equivalent option for each invoice. For every invoice, complete the payment process. Once all payments are successfully made, your account will be reactivated automatically. You can then resume normal activities within your account.
You might need to update or add a new credit card to ensure that your payment method is up to date.

Activating a New Account For customers with an inactive or newly created account, the following steps can help activate your account:
Log into the US Global Mail platform by visiting https://inbox.usglobalmail.com.
Upload the required identification documents. Ensure the uploaded documents meet the platform's verification standards.
Complete and submit the 1583 form as instructed within the platform.
After submitting the required details, allow some time for processing. Your account will be approved and activated once all steps are successfully completed. For any issues related to document uploads or forms, please reach out to customer support for guidance.
