Reactivating suspended account

Why and how a payment hold happens on the account.

If invoices are unpaid past their due date, your account will have a temporary payment hold. You’ll receive email notifications regarding unpaid invoices prior to a hold along with a link to update your card and pay the invoice.

This suspension is temporary and can be resolved by updating your billing information and paying the outstanding balance.

Notification Process US Global Mail sends automated email notifications to keep you informed about your account status. These emails include:

  • Alerts about unpaid invoices.

  • Notifications of account suspension.

  • Updates on payment attempts and steps to resolve the issue.

During payment hold/suspension, you will not be able to access or use most parts of the U.S. Global Mail service, including viewing, scanning, or forwarding mail. However, you can still log in to your account to update billing information.
