Reactivating suspended account

Why and how a payment hold happens on the account.

Updated over 3 months ago

If invoices are unpaid past their due date, your account will have a temporary payment hold. You’ll receive email notifications regarding unpaid invoices prior to a hold along with a link to update your card and pay the invoice.

During payment hold/suspension, you will not be able to access or use any part of the U.S. Global Mail service, including viewing, scanning, or forwarding mail.

How to Reactivate a Suspended Account

To restore access:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to Billing

  3. Pay any outstanding invoices with a valid credit card

If your payment method is outdated or declined: Update or add a new card to your account

Once payment is successfully processed, your account will be reactivated automatically and your mailbox services will resume.

If you're having trouble reactivating your account or updating your card, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help.

Note: If your account has unpaid invoices for more than 6 months, it will be closed and your mailbox number may be reassigned to another customer. To reopen your account, you’ll have to sign up like a new customer and will likely receive a new box number.
