How do I update my account information?

Updating your account settings including personal and billing info

You can manage and update all aspects of your U.S. Global Mail account by logging in and navigating to the relevant sections under Settings. Below is a step-by-step guide for each area:

βœ… Update your email or password

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Settings > Account Details

  3. Click Change next to your email or password

  4. Follow the prompts to update your credentials


βœ… Update your payment method or credit card

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing Details

  2. Click View next to Payment Details

  3. Click Add New on the pop-up that opens and add a new card

πŸ’‘ Be sure to set the correct card as your default to avoid failed payments.


βœ… Change your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing Details

  2. Click Change next to Plan Details

  3. Select your new plan and confirm in the pop-up

  4. You can also review your current plan, start date, and next billing cycle here


βœ… Add or manage recipient names (Account names)

  1. Go to Settings > Account Names

  2. Click Add New Account Name

  3. Follow the steps to add a person or business name

πŸ’‘ Form 1583 is required for all names on the account.


βœ… Manage your shipping addresses (Address Book)

  1. Go to Settings > Address Book

  2. Click Add Address to include a new shipping destination

  3. Use the three-dot menu to edit, delete, or set an address as default


βœ… Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Settings > Account Details

  2. Click Enable next to 2-step verification

  3. Follow the prompts to activate it
