You can manage and update all aspects of your U.S. Global Mail account by logging in and navigating to the relevant sections under Settings. Below is a step-by-step guide for each area:
β Update your email or password
Log in to your account
Go to Settings > Account Details
Click Change next to your email or password
Follow the prompts to update your credentials
β Update your payment method or credit card
Go to Settings > Plan & Billing Details
Click View next to Payment Details
Click Add New on the pop-up that opens and add a new card
π‘ Be sure to set the correct card as your default to avoid failed payments.
β Change your plan
Go to Settings > Plan & Billing Details
Click Change next to Plan Details
Select your new plan and confirm in the pop-up

β Add or manage recipient names (Account names)
Go to Settings > Account Names
Click Add New Account Name
Follow the steps to add a person or business name
π‘ Form 1583 is required for all names on the account.
β Manage your shipping addresses (Address Book)
Go to Settings > Address Book
Click Add Address to include a new shipping destination
Use the three-dot menu to edit, delete, or set an address as default
β Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Go to Settings > Account Details
Click Enable next to 2-step verification
Follow the prompts to activate it
