How do I export my scans in bulk?

Bulk export and customize mail scans.

Updated over 2 months ago

To download multiple scanned documents at once:

  1. Go to the Scans tab

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the items you want to export

  3. Click the “Export” button at the top

The selected scans will be downloaded in a single zip file to your device.

💡 You can filter by folder or use the search bar to quickly find specific scans before exporting.

Customize scan download preferences:

You can set your default preferences for how scanned mail is downloaded from your U.S. Global Mail account by visiting:

Settings > Account Settings > Preferences (tab)

Here’s what you can customize:

  • Include mail ID in the PDF
✅ Turn this on to add the unique mail ID to the downloaded PDF. This helps track items more easily.

  • Include mail image in the PDF
✅ Enable this to include a thumbnail of the envelope or package along with the scanned content for better visual identification.

  • Show options before download
✅ Turn this on if you want the system to prompt you for preferences (mail ID, image) every time you download a scan. Otherwise, your set defaults will apply automatically.

💡 These preferences make it easier to archive, search, and organize scanned mail especially if you manage high mail volumes.
