If you're expecting mail but don’t see it in your U.S. Global Mail inbox, here are the most common reasons:
No USPS Mail Forwarding Request Filed
If you're switching mail from a previous address, be sure to file a USPS Change of Address (COA) so your mail gets redirected to your new U.S. Global Mail address.
➡ Visit USPS Change of Address to complete the form.
Without this, senders will continue to send mail to your old address.
Mail is still in transit
If the item was sent by USPS or another carrier, it may be marked as "delivered" even if it's still at their local post office. Check the tracking details carefully to confirm delivery to your actual USGM address (e.g., 1321 Upland Dr, ####).
The item is under Quarantine
Mail will appear in the Quarantine tab if:It’s addressed to a name not yet approved on your account
Your account is missing a completed Form 1583
Your account is not fully verified
➡ Go to the Quarantine tab and follow the steps to release the item.
Incorrect or missing mailbox number
If your sender did not include your Mailbox number, we may be unable to identify the item as yours. Contact our support team if you suspect this is the case.
Mail just arrived but hasn’t been scanned yet
We process all mail the same business day it arrives. It may just need a little time to be scanned into your account.
