Check your USGM mailbox to see the shipment status. If it says “Shipped,” that means we’ve already handed it off to the carrier. If it still says “Processing,” it’s in our queue and will go out shortly. Copy the tracking number.
Enter the tracking number into the carrier's website - this is where you will find the most updated info. If you don't see any updates:
Monitor the tracking page regularly. Once the package is scanned at the next facility, the status and estimated delivery date will update automatically.

Common Tracking Statuses and Their Meanings
"On the way" or "In transit": This status indicates that the package is moving through the carrier's network but may not have been scanned recently. Scans are typically updated at key transit points.
"Pre-shipment": This means the shipping label has been created, and the carrier has been notified of the shipment, but the package has not yet been physically scanned into the carrier’s network.
Delays in Carrier Scanning: Packages may not be scanned immediately upon pickup or at every transit point. This can result in tracking information appearing outdated.
Missed Scans: Occasionally, packages are not scanned at certain points in the journey, making it seem like they are stationary even though they are in transit.
Technical Issues: Problems with the carrier’s tracking system can lead to delays in updating tracking information.
