How do I track my shipped mail?

How to track your shipments.

Log into your account. Under the 'Shipments' section, go to the Completed tab.

If your selected shipping method includes tracking, you can click on tracking number under the Tracking column and see further details.

Items held in customs

Each country has its own regulations. Neither mail forwarding services nor shipping carriers have any control over customs agents or policies in foreign countries.

However, we do try to get involved and help. Please let us know as soon as possible if that happens. We can work with the shippers and the local agents to find out what is needed to get the packages as quickly as possible. Customs usually require additional paperwork and/or receipts. If we need those, we'll be sure to ask you to provide them.

Missing or damaged items during shipping

When you receive your package you don't expect any items to go missing or for the contents to be damaged. In the rare cases when this happens, submit a request to us and we'll be happy to help.
