Archive mail for long term storage

Updated over a week ago

Available on: All plans.

Your Inbox is for what needs action. Everything else? Archive it. Items move to a dedicated Archive folder for long-term storage (standard storage fees apply). Whenever you're ready- Unarchive to take any action on it.

Why It Matters

  • Focus your daily view on what actually needs doing.

  • Keep documents you must retain, without tripping over them!

  • Search finds archived items instantly; permissions still apply.

  • Bulk-archive in seconds; unarchive with one click.

How It Works

  1. Select one or many items.

  2. Choose Archive.

  3. Breathe - your Inbox is tidy, your records are intact.

Good to Know

  • Not deletion: Archiving doesn’t shred, ship, or remove data.

  • Still billable: Standard storage fees continue while archived.

  • Not actionable: For any action such as scan, ship etc, restore item back to Mailbox.

  • Reversible: Hit Restore anytime to move mail back to Mailbox
