When will I get my mail in the new address?

If you have signed up for the service, you will start receiving mail after:

• Complete the redirection with USPS or notify senders to send mail to your US Global Mail address. Most of our customers complete a Change of Address request with USPS. The process can take 5 minutes on their website.
• Notarize form 1583 to authorize US Global Mail to receive your mail from USPS on your behalf at your new address. We offer an online notarization service, that takes 15 minutes and effective immediately. 

What if you don't see any mail in your inbox after signing up?

Double check to ensure:

• You've informed USPS of your new address. Do it online or visit your local post office. 
• USPS has your address entered correctly. If we receive mail without a correct name or box number, it delays the process of entry into your inbox and there will be a possibility is entered into our unknown box.
