Can I change my forwarding address once the shipment is on route?

Once your shipment has left our facility and is in transit with the carrier, we’re unable to change the delivery address through U.S. Global Mail.

💡Tip: If you anticipate changes in your delivery location, we recommend scheduling your shipment for a future date and using the “Include mail received until...” option. This gives you flexibility before the shipment is released.
