What happens if I get more mail than included in my plan?
We will still receive all your mail and scan the outside of every envelope, so it always appears in your mailbox.
If you receive more mail than your plan includes for open & scan, you have two options:
1. Scan items individually
Open any item in your mailbox and request an Open & Scan when you need it.
2. Automatically scan additional mail
You can enable Auto Scan so any additional mail is automatically opened and scanned, with the per-item cost added to your account.
To enable this option, go to:
Settings → Workflow → Preferences → Overages Handling
Then select “Automatically scan additional mail”.
