If you wish to receive any mail in your business name only, you must be on our Business plan. If you aren't already on this plan, take a look at this guide which details how to upgrade.
ADDING THE BUSINESS NAME
1. Log In To Your Account, go to "SETTINGS" and under Account Settings click on "Account Names"
2. Click "Add New Account Name":
3. Enter the Name and select the Description as "Company":
3. Enter your business details:
4. Click the "Add" button. Book a notary appointment to get the 1583 form for the business name signed: https://calendly.com/usglobalmail/15min
If you have more than one business then simply repeat steps 1 to 3 above.
If you have multiple business names and the same template of business details, use the "Save as Template" and "Load from Template" options above.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How many business names can I have on the Business plan?
You can add up to 9 business names to your Business plan which allows for 10 names total. To add more names you can do so for an extra $5 per month and this caps at 20 names total.
Does my business name need a 1583 form?
Yes, USPS regulations have recently changed and all business names must have their own notarized 1583 form.
