Can I edit or cancel a shipment?

Yes—if your shipment is still pending.

As long as your shipment hasn’t been picked up by our Shipping Team, you can edit or cancel it anytime. Once a shipment moves to the "Completed" section, it’s locked in and can’t be changed.

How to Edit a Shipment

  1. Log in to your account and go to Shipments.

  2. Select the shipment you want to update (it will usually show an In Progress status).

  3. Click Edit at the top of the page.

You can make changes to:

  • Shipping address

  • Carrier or shipping method

  • Ship date

  • Customs declarations

  • And more

How to Cancel a Shipment

  1. Log in to your account and go to Shipments

  2. Locate the shipment you want to cancel (you can filter by Status → In Progress).

  3. Click the Cancel button on the right side of the shipment row.

Once canceled, the contents of your shipment will return to your virtual mailbox within 24 hours.

Shipment Processing Schedule (CST)

  • By 1 pm: Ships same day

  • 1–3 pm: May ship same day with a $5 expedited fee

  • After 3 pm: Ships the next business day

Business hours: 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday (CST)

To check your shipment’s status, go to the Shipments tab.
Completed shipments are usually identifiable by a tracking number and shipped date.
You can also use the Status filter to show only shipped items.
