You can edit your shipment if your shipment is still pending (not completed). This means it has not yet been received by our Shipping Team.
UPDATE YOUR SHIPMENT
1. Log In To Your Account, click SHIPMENTS
2. Edit Shipment
EDIT SHIPMENT
If you'd like to edit addresses, shipping methods, shipping dates, declarations, etc, click on the shipment you want to edit and click on "Edit" on the top of the shipment information. Then you can edit all the shipment details again.
POSTPONE A PAID SHIPMENT
You can postpone the shipment if it is still in our facility. Call us as soon as possible to postpone the shipment.
