You can edit your shipment if your shipment is still pending (not completed). This means it has not yet been received by our Shipping Team.
UPDATE YOUR SHIPMENT
1. Log In To Your Account, click SHIPMENTS
2. Edit Shipment
If you'd like to edit addresses, shipping methods, shipping dates, declarations, etc, click on the shipment you want to edit and click on "Edit" on the top of the shipment information.
That's it! Complete the shipment details and we recommend always going back to the Pending tab of your Shipments section to double-check that the updated details are received.
