How do I add an item to my scheduled shipment?

2 ways to add items to a shipment.

You have two ways to add items to a shipment depending on whether you selected the auto-include option or want to manually update it.


Option 1: Auto-Include New Mail

If you checked the box Include new items which arrive in my inbox when creating your shipment:

  • We’ll automatically add any new items received the day before your scheduled ship date

  • You don’t need to do anything—those items will be included automatically

Important: Items received on the same day as the shipment date cannot be added, as your shipment will already be in processing.


Option 2: Manually Edit a Pending Shipment

If your shipment is still scheduled for a future date (and hasn’t entered processing yet):

  1. Go to your Shipments tab and navigate to “Pending”

  2. Find your shipment and click “Edit”

  3. From here, you can:

    • Add or remove mail items

    • Change the destination address

    • Update carrier or shipping method

    • Modify packing instructions

  4. Once you’ve made changes, click “Submit” to update your shipment

💡 To avoid missing items, we recommend scheduling shipments for a future date and selecting the auto-include option.
