| Letter Scanning |
If you want to read your mail online, you can request to open and scan your letters. You can often read your scanned items within 30mins - 4hrs of the request during business hours. |
| Incoming Mail |
Mail that arrives for you, including letter mail, large envelopes, soft packs, and boxes. Most services set a limit for the number of incoming items per month. US Global Mail offers UNLIMITED incoming items for all plans. |
| Forwarding Addresses |
The address you want to ship your mail/packages to, such as your home abroad. You can add UNLIMITED forwarding addresses and receive your mail where you are. |

People for whom mail will be accepted at the address. You can add the names of all recipients to your account. If you need a mailing address for personal needs, check out personal plans. If you need business names in the account, check out business plans. You can also add personal names to business accounts. |
| Shipping Rates |
Shipping rates are important when considering mail forwarding services. You are very likely to forward items to different forwarding addresses. Most services charge retail rates + mark-ups. While we already pre-sort your mail to discard obvious junk like pizza coupons and spam catalogs, you can throw away junk mail or items you no longer need. We shred all discards securely. This service is free for our customers. |
| Online Notarization |
To get mail from USPS, you need to authorize US Global Mail to receive your mail via Form 1583. US Global Mail offers an online notarization service. |
| Pick-up |
If you ever wish to pick up your mail in person, you could let us know in advance and stop by at our offices. Although we are not set up for regular mail pick-up, we do offer the service to support customers. |
